[AnimeMQ] Loans Library Opening this Thursday @ 1 PM at E7B Courtyard~!

Hello Everyone,

Good News~!

AnimeMQ is now commencing Loans Library from this Thursday @ 1PM till 2 PM at E7B courtyard.

Unfortunately we still have not been able to acquire rooms at the moment so those who are waiting for Screening, We're Sorry~!

so Here's a status report

Wednesday Screenings @1pm : On Hiatus until further notice

Thursday Loans Library @1pm : Commences Week 2 6th March 2008 - Venue : until further notice E7B Courtyard (middle of the building near the stage in the large area)

Good News~!

Our Librarians said they're able to start the Library so good news for all of you people who want to start borrowing~

so it' will start this Thursday ~!

Time : 1st Start 6th march 2008 @ 1PM

Venue: E7B Courtyard. It's the Courtyard where Mason Theatre is.

Here' is a brief summary on how our Library works.

We have a list of Titles to borrow from.

these are all Titles placed on DATA DVDs. in a sleeve that sometimes contains 1 or 2 Titles on 1 sleeve

for Sleeves that have 1 DVD you have 1 week till the next Library to copy the file to your computer at home or watch through the DVD

for Sleeves with 2 DVDs you have 2 weeks , however if you finish early you can return the sleeve early

after the time is done you have to give it back or else you will be fined.

the fines will be stated by the Librarians.

once you return , then you will be able to borrow the next sleeve.

all Titles are subject to First Come First Served and Availabilties.

if you have some problems with the playback or read please place those issues with our Trusted Librarians.

that's just a simple summary ., please do ask the Librarians once you get there on Thursday

Warning and code of conduct: as we are a student board please act appropriately around the premises of our Meeting places. especially this following weeks during loans library as we will be commencing activites around public premises. so Keep your voices down, act properlly and well if you just came to borrow.. then thats good ^_^

Screenings

Hi all who await the screenings.

We're so sorry, we are still trying to acquire room with the proper equipment to supply our screenings , however it has become quite delayed and difficult with room bookings and equipment.

We hope you understand our situation and we will update soon.

Keep your fingers crossed ,and let's hope for the best~~!

-- screenings are overall free for new to Anime.. for those that wish to become members please don't hesitate to either reply this e-mail or contact the person either running the screening or come to Loans Library

Membership

to all those that paid memberships, your cards are now available. They are available for pickup on Thursday during the Loans Library.

Please be sure to bring your receipts from O-week to confirm your memberships and get your cards Stamped, signed and Numbered

Also please note that you MUST get your cards sorted out to be able to borrow from the Loans Library.

Half Yearly members please note that your membership ends at the beginning of Semester 2 and if you wish to renew you should tell us by the last Loans Library or AnimeMQ Meeting.

all members are eligible to screenings, discounts to events, discount from our sponsors (pending approval from Sponsors) and any other information we state for your membership discounts

=Important MEETING For all members to attend to=

Every year AnimeMQ holds an Annual General Meeting, this is a meeting to introduce members to executives or "Administrators"

and also welcome new people to come and help the team.

The team is all run by volunteers and cool and fun students.

We will be having an Important meeting on the 12th of March 2008

It is VERY IMPORTANT for as many members as possible to come to this meeting to understand our club activities and process that keep this club running every year.

this is also the place and time where we start training next generation administrators to keep the club running to the next year

THIS MEETING WILL SHAPE YOUR YEAR IN ANIMEMQ in 2008~!

It will be where we review our constitution of our club , committee member roles and a couple of other things time allowing.

Time : March 12 2008 , 1 PM

Venue : (room TBA) we currently still do not have a booking for a room however we will still have the meeting at E7B Courtyard if we don't get a room. We WILL update you upon further news

if you are willing to help run the club. please come to the Executive in Charge , you wish to take part of like the Administrator or Treasurer after the meeting to notify us of your availabilty to learn and become the next Executive

AnimeUNSW 10th Year Anniversary. I believe some of you might not have received the newsletter yet but if you wish to participate in

in Order for members to receive the discount members must inform Daimono of their member numbers which can be checked from either your current receipt or cards.

NOTE: Paid members only.

The discount applies for a $5 discount from the regular 20$ TIcket fee at the gate. if you do not request you will be charged 20$ at the entrance
