[AnimeMQ] Annual End of Year BBQ

Hi all,

Here's and update , did most of you receive the last newsletter?, well we are going ahead with the annual BBQ

It's a great time to chat ,get everyone together and throw a huge party for the all hard and good work that they've done this semester and year, and farewell those who are graduating this year.

This is a good place to come to talk to all the execs without the rush of uni around and further get to know the execs on the board and the operations of our club.

Venue - Beside Lighthouse Theatre, Near the Gymnasium, Behind SAM, Near the Lake
Time: 1:30 Afternooon

Fee: Food and drink is provided, but if you want to chip in a bag of chips, or a bottle of drink/water, or some sort of food please feel free to do so
